No, if you take admission in Manipal college then JEE Main marks doesn't matter.
In order to take admission in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs JEE Main marks matters.
To take admission in IITs you have to qualify JEE Main exam first.
Some good private colleges also consider JEE Main marks to provide admission.
State level government colleges and private colleges like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRM and in Amrita JEE Main has no role.

Hi there!
For getting a better college for UGET, you should get atleast 90-100 marks out of 180 marks to get some good colleges. If you want CSE in top colleges, you should get atleast 130+ marks.
