10th standard students usually have two options:
Wait for 2 years and complete 10+2 Science schooling (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from a regular school. Enroll for 10+2 Science stream course at Open School like NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling).

depends upon u, if u r bad at maths u can go with bsc or software engineering

It's a decent college depending upon the options you have. It would be suggested to go for an older Institute with a better brand name and a good industry interface

It completely depends upon you my friend. If you have financial needs and you have to do a job then you do it and if you have time and high ambitions then go for higher studies, i.e. B.Tech or BE.
But you must remember that with polytechnic you cannot go higher in your career. There will be limitations. There is another option if you can manage your office and college then you can pursue your degree along with your job.
