Hello Andy,
The minimum criteria for admission is 50% in 10th, 12th and graduation. Yes you can apply for pgdm in marketing if you fulfil the criteria plus you should have cleared atleast one entrance exam (CAT, XAT, CMAT, CET, MAT).
But let me tell you, graduation exam and entrance exam result is only one criteria for admission process. Entire evaluation of admission process comprises of :

Dear Sowmya,
To apply to universities in UK you must use the UCAS website. You will find all the relevant information here. Take the IELTS and try to score 6.5 or above. IELTS is a requirement and cannot be waived. No other exams are generally required. On the whole you must have good academic grades particularly in mathematics. Here is the UCAS page https://www.ucas.com/

If you have done BSc in microbiology then you must go for MSc and PhD. to enter into the field of research. Otherwise after MSc. you can prepare for UGC Net or CSIR NET exam which gives opportunities for Junior Research Fellowship and by clearing these exams you can get into research field. For CSIR you must have to do MSc and then only you are eligible for JRF.
