You can do so but you have to meet the admission requirements of the university you are willing to apply to. Both Australia and Germany are top study abroad countries but you have to check the priorities, your career plans and then decide.

Yes, you can get refund even after taking admission, however, you should apply before the last date of refund, so that least amount of money is deducted. You need to fill the cancellation form and submit it before the last date of admission. In case an applicant withdraws on or before the last date of admission, the student has to initiate refund within a stipulated time so that it does not get cancelled. Also, LPU deducts some amount of refund as processing charges. However refund may take time from 34 weeks, the whole process of refund is online. Application fee LPU NEST charges) are non-refundable.

Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

Both have good value as it also depends from college to college.
PGDM is an Institute autonomous program which is approved by AICTE.
MBA is a program which is affiliated to a university.
Colleges which offer AICTE approved courses will also offer PGDM not MBA, for example XYZ College is affiliated to ABC University they offer MBA course affiliated to that University, the same college is offering AICTE approved course it means they are offering PGDM which is not linked to ABC University.
Typically if any PGDM is to be equivalent to MBA then the course duration should be 2 years, a 1 year PGDM will not be equal to MBA course.

If your schooling in +2 and +1 has been done from Punjab, you will fall under Punjab category which has 50% seats reserved in each branch. You might even get better branches than mechatronics like civil engineering, software engineering or even electrical engineering.
You have a good chance.

On the basis of experience, you can make a switch. If you want to switch from BPO industry to other industries, then it will be a bit difficult but it's possible. Starting as a software developer would not be recommended as you have already worked in industry for 6 years. You can do project management (PMP) certification and get into management. You can also look out for executive MBA programs. All the best.
