Sorry, I dont know about IMT CDL but yes, you need to do MBA it will definately helpful for your career. if you want to mba by distance than do it because you have experience and at that time your distance degree is also treated as regular.

Mr. Raj, note that as per regulation of UGC any degree programme shold be of 3 years duration, so degree of 1 year is not a valid degree. So, check the authenticity before jumping to conclusion and joining.
