Hi Ashok,
Although, yes BMS is one of the best option to do MBA after your graduation, but as in Mumbai just like in Delhi the percentage goes quite high so, whether or not you will get into best of the colleges would really depend on the percentage of that college. Few of te good colleges in Mumbai for BMS are:

Somaiya Institute of Management studies and Research
NL Dalmiya Institute of Management Studies and Research

There is no such specialization as Medical Engineering, what I could gauge is that you might be interested in Biomedical Engineering. Although, the scope of Biomedical Engineering is improving in India with each passing day, as the health care sector seeing an immense growth reason for which is the growing consciousness towards health in young generation, but this specialization is offered only by selected institutes in India so, if you are able to get through these institutes good enough if not then you can opt for more popular fields like Mechanical or Electrical and then opt for a Masters level programme.

However, few of the Institutes you may try: Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering, Navinchandra Mehta Institute of Technology & Development, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Thakur Institute of Management Studies, V.E.S. Institute of Technology etc.
