You can check with SRM university,Manipal Institute of Technology,Sushant School of Art & Architecture etc.
Before opting fro any college,it is advisable to check whether it provides recognized and approved degrees,the number of student batches that have passed out of the college and the student feedback about the quality of education.

Yes, NMIMS offers full time MCA for any graduate. Apart from that you can also do it from IGNOU (You may need to complete 1 year PGDCA or may need to take additional course in computing).
You can also do it from Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras in distance mode. Agra is not the study centre for University of Madras, however you may opt Delhi or Lucknow as sudy centre. You have to attend practicals every Saturday and Sunday

If you are looking for MBBS and do not get a meritious entrance examination rank, you have the better option of completing your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
