Hi. There are three levels in CA - CPT, IPCC and Final. Apart from exams articleship training is mandatory. After 12 th you are eligible to appear for CPT (1st level). If you clear then next level is IPCC and then Finals. Admission is going on through out the year. And as per current provisions anyone holds a degree are directly elligible to appear for IPCC ( second level). Hope these informations will be helpfull for you. For NATA eligibility is 12th in non medical.
check the link below for exam schedule. There are lot of exam centers and you can give test multiple times, here if you give it multiple times your average marks will be considered.

For taking admission in B.Tech one need to clear 12 non medical or any 3 year diploma.
Check for some top institute for taking admission such as BITs, Lovely professional University, VJTI, PES Institute of Technology.
