Hi,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So with 41% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue distance MBA program as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.
