Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development line or testing line.

Pursuing two different course and that to full time is not possible. Full time means you have to attend the classes for both the courses and that is practically not possible.
You can take one course as correspondence and other full time. Most university allows it still check whether your university permits it.
