The chances are quite low but it is not sure as according to the last year the general rank of the OBC students accepted by this college is 9k, it is sure that there will be slight increase in the closing rank but not confirm.

Manbeer, PAU is one of the best universities in India but for admission there you need to clear an entrance test. If you have given the test wait for the counseling and admission result. You can also try for admission in Punjabi University, Patiala. In case you have not given any test then route towards private institutions that are offering B.Sc agriculture.
They all are UGC approved. Some of these institutes also offer scholarships to students.

It depends on your final rank. Although you have a good and eligible JEE score, the relative low score in boards might affect your tank. Keep your fingers crossed and expect for the best.

you may pursue M.SC in physics or B.Ed as per your interest. Even pgdm or mba is possible if you want to go for management career. Since M.Sc at most universities has entrance, prepare and get admission.

There is no fixed cutoff as they assign score based on your percentage and overall percentage in that particular year. Also it is a composite score, hence one bad score can be offset by another really good score. For example if you have 80% in 10th and 95% in 12th, you might have a average composite score. Also highest weight is for CAT percentile. Hence prepare well for CAT.
