Hi,
Following are the options you can consider for your query:
- Several universities and states have their own engineering entrance examinations for admission to the BTech Civil Engineering. Thus, these exams offer a good opportunity to get through a reputed institute in case of not being able to clear JEE Main. Some examples include:
Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET)
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations (WBJEE)
Uttar Pradesh State Counselling Conducting Exam (UPSEE)
Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) - Some of the private universities and institutes also provide the BTech Civil Engineering without the qualification

A B.Sc in Airlines, Tourism & Hospitality Management is a good fit if there is genuine interest in travel, customer service, and on‑the‑job exposure. The course builds skills in tour operations, hotel front office, event management, and airline service, which are directly aligned with the tourism industry. Lovely Professional University offers this programme with practical labs, internships, and industry‑linked projects, and a decent share of students in this stream do get placed in hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and travel firms, though final outcomes depend on performance, internships, and external job‑hunting.

45 percentile is too low score to get admission into any decent college. The cutoff generally of all top-ranked colleges is 98-99 percentile (for the MS programme). So, enhance your preparation next time and aim for that score. Good luck.
