It would be difficult to secure admission in PES University Faculty of Architecture with 89/200 marks in NATA and 55% in class 12th. But, surely you can get admission to Architecture in some other colleges.

You should have appeared for JEE Mains.
You can go for other courses in CSE like BCA, B.Sc or Diploma or improve your marks in 12th and give JEE next time. Or you can go to private colleges through management quota.

For every course, the min. eligibility criteria to apply varies. Minimum eligibility criteria or UG & PG Courses
The eligibility criteria for UG course admissions is such that candidates need to have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board. However, for PG courses aspirants should have a Bachelors degree in their field of study. This is the exam pattern of PGCET:
Karnataka PGECET 2018 will be held in offline mode (Pen & Paper based). Candidates have to mark their responses on OMR sheet. Each paper will carry only 1 section, except Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering papers will have 2 sections each 1 regular and 1 for specialisation. Karnataka PGECET will have multiple choice, objective type questions. Out of the 4 answer options available, candidates have to choose 1 correct answer. There will be a total of 75 questions. There is no negative marking in Karnataka PGECET 2018.
