There is no additional seat allotment for Hindus. They will be considered as general category. I think anything above 70 would definitely do it. All the best.

Why do you want to lessen your prospects by going for B.Ed?
I feel you should instead go for M.Tech as you will get better career opportunities. You can appear for GATE for admission to M.Tech in IITs, NITs, etc. Otherwise, you can try for admission in private universities like LPU, SRM, Manipal, etc. where you will be able to get admission on basis of GATE, their own test or even on basis of your B.Tech marks. Some of them even offer scholarships on the basis of above criteria.
All these universities offer world class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements.

Yes, surely you can get admission in VIPS in BCA according to the last cut off, as you are the candidate from Delhi it won't be difficult for you to get admission. But the cutoff varies every year so you keep a check in the cutoff revealed by the university and hope for the best.
