Dear Abhishek,
There website mentions nothing about admission but it must be through Directorate of Technical Education, Maharastra. Check with them. in case you fail to clear their test try for admission in universities like Lovely, Manipal, DIT, etc where it can be through marks in Diploma or university conducted test.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some of these universities even offer scholarships.

Please check for your eligibility to apply for M.Sc. in Forensic Science from Maharshi Dayanand University at the link provided below:
Minimum Eligibility to Apply is a pass mark of 50% in graduation and Candidate must have completed B.Sc. (Forensic Science)/ B.Sc. (Pass) with any of the two subjects, viz. Botany, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology or BDS from a recognized University. Admission is through counseling based on the marks obtained in Entrance Test conducted by the Maharshi Dayanand University.
