Both colleges are best the NIIFT is under governmental organisation and FDDI is non governmental organisation and both colleges faculty and infrastructure is good but I recommend you FDDI because in FDDI institute was provide Masters in fashion designing and there placements was good

Delhi University holds entrance test for many courses so in that you need only 55% to get eligible. For other merit cut-off list, it doesn't matter if you drop or not, both get equal recognition. All the best.
