We can't say exact cut off marks and rank. It may change according to the competition and according to the students who are appearing exam on that day. And it depends on question paper also. If question paper is then we may expect high cutoff otherwise it will be low

Sir as you mentioned that you have secured 180757 rank in JEE Mains accordingly you have not even clear the cut off for JEE Mains 2019 which is 76.31 percentile for obc category, so you will get very low level colleges if you apply through your JEE Mains score, try for private institutes such as srm, vit and bits.

Iits all depend on your interest but I suggest you do B.Sc. In maths but there is also a problem that you can't get any college with this percentage in any case if you get the college so don't miss the chance because ITI is a Diploma course and you can do it side by side.

First of all its all depend on you, you have to see your interest. Both the courses are good in their field in graduation you will get the 3 years degree, and in ITI you only get the Diploma because ITI is a Diploma course and graduation is a degree course and degree have more value then the Diploma you can also do Diploma course side by side with your graduation.

As you got a very low score at your JEE there are no chances that u would get any government colleges, I would suggest you for trying private institution for your higher education.
