DCET is an entrance exam held for admissions into the 2nd-year undergraduate engineering programmes and 1st-year undergraduate architecture programmes offered under the lateral entry scheme. DCET is Diploma Common Entrance Test which is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). These programmes are offered at day and evening engineering colleges located in Karnataka. Candidates must have passed a Diploma or equivalent exam to appear for DCET. DCET 2024 will be conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority in September 2024, tentatively.

You can join Indian Army through NDA after 12th. Whereas in Police, many post like constable, Havaldar etc. can also be joined after 12th. However higher qualifications are the best. Both girls and boys PGs are available just outside of the Adesh University campus. But most of the students prefer the college hostels inside the Adesh University campus.
