Yes, you can easily get admission at Ramdeo College with 95.97 percentile in JEE and 110 marks in MHT CET for B.Tech CSE. Your JEE alone score is enough to get admission as the Institute requires score of only one entrance exam for  B.Tech. 97.97 percentile in JEE is quite good score and you have a high chances of getting admission without any problem. Although both the institutions are one of the best institutions for preparing for IPMAT and CUET during 12th. But if we compare both of these, Pratham is slightly better than IMS. IMS is a well known institutions known specially for MBA and other competitive exams but the faculty of Pratham is slightly better. Although it depends on the personal decisions of the student and the decision should be taken after comparing all the factors such as fees, infrastructure and your convince also. Overall both the institutions are almost same only.
