As per your query it seems that you are interested in pursuing MBA, so as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. General MBA program.
2. MBA in Power Management.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleat 50% marks in graduation plus you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT,MAT,XAT, SNAP,etc.
However as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your engineering and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in
