A Distance mode MBA is good when you are already working, it can enhance your chances of promotion. However this is a fact that Distance MBA can not be compared with a full time MBA course.
You would be eligible for interview and further studies also based on your Distance MBA no doubt.
Sikkim Manipal university is valid and good for Distance MBA as it gives you a genuine MBA degree.
