Hi Pawan,
In order to pursue distance MBA you need to be graduate in any field.
However there are some institutes which may require atleast 50% marks in graduation to be eligible to pursue distance MBA program.
For your reference following are the some of the good institutes to pursue distance MBA:
Indira Gandhi National Open University.
Punjab Technical University.
Sikkim Manipal University.
Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
University of Petroleum & Energy Studies Centre for Continuing Education.

If you clear the IIT-JEE, then you will get best IITs.
there are some other state universities and private universities, like, Amity, SRM, etc.
About state universities, there are UPTU, Kalinga Universities, etc. There are good colleges are affiliated with them.
Some Central universities provides CSE courses, like Pondichery Uni, Hyderabad university, etc.
GBS IP university, Delhi is also a very good option.
