No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations. (v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.

Glad to know about your concerns about your future.To work in a IT company you need to complete atleast B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science. I suggested B.Tech as BCA won't sound too promising and you will again have to opt for MCA. The best bet would be B.Tech - M.Tech dual degree for 5 years.
You can learn animation programming alongside engineering from some renowned IT Institutes like NIIT etc. However, animation programming requires sound knowledge of coordinate geometry. The certification courses from those institutes will be an added advantage to get into graphics developing company.
If your skills are worth, your company will surely send you abroad to represent the company in client meetings or to work in foreign locations. However, to be eligible for that, you should speak fluent English and with a neutral accent. Most Indians have the Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) when they speak English and hence, lose the opportunity to work abroad. So, do work on that.

1)After B.Sc interior designing, you may opt for courses such as :
-Advance Diploma in Interior Design
-Advance Diploma in Architectural Visualization
-Computer Aided Interior Design
-Master Diploma in Interior design (MDID)
-Master of Interior Design
-Post Graduate Diploma in Interior Design
-Professional Program in Interior Design
-Vocational Program in Interior Design

2) Eligibility :
The minimum eligibility to pursue a master's course in interior designing is graduation with 55% in any stream.
3) If you wish to study after B.Sc, then you can find work in :

-hospitals,
-town planning bureau,
-regional and metropolitan development works,
-private consultancies,
