CSE stands for Computer Science Engineering,
IT stands for Information technology.
Shortly speaking-
CSE involves programming, designing softwares, management of those, etc. Whereas, IT involves application of computer technology.
CSE is a field were you can opt either private or government related jobs where as IT you have to do further studies for getting private job and can directly opt for government jobs.
If you are interested in programming and stuff take CSE. If you are interested in applications take IT.
Both fields works well for girls, but I personally prefer CSE for girls.
