Yes, you can pursue your M.Tech degree in engineering physics after completing your B.Tech programme from NIT, Calicut but for that you have to sit for GATE to get admission in any IITs. Top IITs providing M.Tech in engineering physics are:-
1. IIT, Bombay.
2. IIT, Madras.
3. IIT, Guwahati.
4. IIT, Delhi.
5. IIT, Hyderabad.
You must check the respective cut-offs for the IITs offering M.Tech in engineering physics through GATE.

As I see, your marks in NEET UG 2018 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed or Private Universities Colleges. Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges, you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state quota for Open Category. You have even less chances to get any seat, if you belong to any category under your state. You can try for paid management seat in top deemed universities.

Hi, MCA could be better option. Most of the institutes require 45% to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission. One must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 as a compulsory subject. Direct admissions are done on the basis of merit in qualifying exam. Regards.

Admission through DET Exam is conducted by Haryana or direct through management seats.
Admissions under Management Seats:
25 % seats of the sanctioned Intake in all the branches is reserved for Management seats. Admission for these seats will be done by the counseling at the Institute level.
Admission in the institute is done in accordance with the provision and guidelines laid down by the competent authority of the Government of Haryana from time to time.
