Age Criteria: RBI has defined minimum age criteria for appearing in the RBI Officer (Grade B) examination. Candidates are required to be aged between 21 years and 30 years (both ages included) to apply for RBI Grade B exam 2018. Age Relaxation: Candidates, who belong to the reserved category will be provided relaxation in their upper age as per the rules decided by the Board. Category Relaxation

Educational Qualification: Candidate appearing for the RBI officer examination-2018 must be a graduate from a recognised university or institute. He/She must have attained 60% marks in the graduation while the same percentage is reduced to 50% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category. Candidates having a Doctorate degree with aggregate 50% marks can also apply for the RBI examination. In addition to this, candidates having a Masters degree with 55% marks will be allowed to apply for the RBI Exam 2018. Candidates having post-graduate Diploma in management or Masters of Business administration can also apply for the RBI Officer Grade B exam 2018. Chartered Accountant, CA, Company Secretary or Cost Accountant can also appear for this examination.

So, if we talk about courses, the under graduate professional course in management is BBA. B.Com also teaches good knowledge of management but BBA is will give you the better one if you are totally interested in making your career in the management field.
After BBA, MBA is the best choice, while MBA can also be done after B.Com but BBA+MBA degree is more professional. After B.Com one can do MBA or M.Com but after BBA. MBA is the option. There are many substreams in both the courses that you can choose on the basis of your interest. If you like economics and business studies, then BBA is good and if you like accountancy then B.Com is good. Both the professions provide different knowledge. They have their own value. BBA is for management professional, B.Com can also provide you that but it is more concerned with commerce and accountancy. In management you have to work how to deal in the business world.
