Yes, you can pursue law courses online but they are not LLB, BA LLB, or LLM degrees. These are not allowed to be offered in part-time or distance mode, as because the Bar Council of India does not approve it, and any degree course in law in online mode would not allow the student to practice in court.

No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India.
