Your rank doesn’t sound very promising for a Computer Science course because the cut off for this particular stream is higher. SRM is a deemed university which is having its own engineering entrance exam SRMJEE. One must secure a good rank in SRMJEE to get a seat in SRM University. The eligibility criteria should also be met to ensure you get a seat. The basic terms and conditions that are common for all the engineering students who are taking the SRMAPET examination include the following:

• A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in class X
