It is a two year degree course covering some major subjects like contract law, banking law, industrial relations law, corporate law, environmental law, insurance laws, investment laws, intellectual property law, law relating to foreign trade, and taxation of corporations.
An MBL is always preferred over any other graduate, as he specialises in as many as ten areas, which are very pertinent to the business community.
