In today's world, all we want is a high placement from a college. So, prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will be in 99-100 you may get call from IIM. So, go for it.

It will be very difficult for you to get any college as the upper age limit for most of the colleges has been exceeded and there is also a percentage constrain

You are eligible to do BFM after B.Com also. Why do you want to do another graduation degree? It is suggested that you may evaluate doing MBA in finance to have career in BFSI industry.

Eligibility to do AMIE for non Diploma holder scheme is as follows:
(a) A candidate who has passed qualifying examination (+2 stage or equivalent) with minimum 45% marks is eligible for enrolling into AMIE program.
(b) A pass in English is mandatory and aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics should not be less than 45%.
You are eligible to register for AMIE.

BE or B.Tech in computer science or IT is the required course to work as a software engineer. You need to apply for written test and then interview in various IT firms.

Only after completion of AMIE Section A and B you will be treated equivalent to graduation degree. Therefore, you can apply for M.Tech on completion of Section A & B of AMIE.

Minimum 50% in graduation is eligible for writing CAT exam & if you score high in CAT, then definitely you will get a call. After you get a call from any IIM, to complete admission procedures, they will consider academics & give weightage as per the mark. But, if you perform well in Group Discussion, Personal Interview & What, they will consider you for getting an entry.

In order to have high salaried job, it is recommended that you do M.Tech from IITs / NITs or MBA from a Tier I management college. Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also.

If you are from general category and expecting 50 percentile then you may get admission in a private college for BDS. You just have to apply for the counselling.
