No, LL.B. Cannot be done externally from Government Law College Mumbai. It is a full-time course and requires regular attendance and participation in various academic and co-curricular activities. However, some universities and colleges offer distance learning programs for LL.B. Courses, which can be pursued while working or studying elsewhere. You may check with other universities or colleges if they offer such programs.

No, 56000 is a high rank. You can't get a seat in ECE in category 1 or 2. But, it is possible for the last category which doubles the fess of category 1.
