First of all, I will say that do not go for B.Ed through distance mode, unless you are working. Because, every school values the regular B.Ed more than the distance mode, as it is of totally practicing a profession.

SCIT provides the executive MBA in IT course. It is a 30 month course where in classes take place only during the weekend. However one needs to have a minimum 3 years full time work experience after graduation preferably in the IT domain.

If you are doing B.Tech, why do you want to change the field of study from technical to non-technical? It is better to continue B.Tech, and if you really want to do MA, refer to university website for eligibility.

Yes, you are eligible to write NET exam, but as you have a degree in pharmacy, you will rather go CSIR UGC NET exam rather than UGC NET exam. Yes, CAT is an important exam to get into Iims for MBA. It is the only exam to get into MBA course for IIMS. IIMS gives weightage to class 10- class 12th percentage + CAT percentile + What/PI performance + any work experience for selecting a candidate.
