Nowadays, universities conducts their own entrance tests and give admission on the basis of marks scored in that test. And, if you score good marks you can get also good scholarship. Universities like JNU, Lovely Professional University, BHU, Anna etc. Conducts their own entrance exams and provide good scholarship also. They are some colleges but I will suggest to score good in class 12th, after that you will be eligible for du in Delhi they follow the cutoffs system. Good luck
