Lateral admission directly to second year of engineering is based on similarity of subjects. Normally every state publishes a table that gives information as to which branches of Diploma can get a student admission in which branch of engineering. You should look this up on the website of the DTE of technical education of your state.

Hello Ritiwika. Well admissions are open for B.Sc. Biotech in Mumbai. Online procedures are going on and you can go for the link of any of the desired website and check out the fee structure too. Talking about NEET if you have just completed your +2 and you feel that you can do very well in exam. I would suggest for a drop. If you want it badly go for it with full concentration and focus. Eligibility criteria for admission in Computer Science and engineering from MIT Moradabad is follow:-
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with:-
1. Physics & Maths, and
2. Chemistry/Bio Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject
3. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology with above mentioned marks are also eligible. ADMISSION PROCESS:- Admission is through counselling based on rank obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).
