After completing B.Sc you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Sc etc)
However as per your query I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your Bsc and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.

As you have completed Diploma in Computer Science engineering it is advisable to study B.Tech through lateral entry to get direct entry in the second year. Degree course will enhance your career opportunities.
To be eligible, you need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
