Hi,
Find below some of the finest universities in Canada to pursue MBA:
1.University of Alberta.
2.University of British Columbia.
3.University of Toronto.
In order to pursue MBA from good universities Canada, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
Most of the universities require GMAT score of 600 plus and IELTS score of 7 plus or TOEFL score of 90 plus.

Since you are specialising in physical chemistry, University of Tokyo, which Manmeet has already suggested is the best choice followed by Osaka University.
Kyoto University also has a strong chemistry department, but the focus is more from Bio, Environmental, Synthetic and Material Chemistry than specifically in the physical aspects.
All three of them are Top 50 Universities in the world.
I don't know the reason behind you choosing the universities in Japan, but in case you find it difficult to get admits to specific specialised field of study, then do consider Germany as Physical Chemistry is a strong department by itself in qu
