The Indian Institute of Management Rohtak (IIM Rohtak) administers the Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test, or IPMAT. The exam is held in order to get admitted to IIM Rohtak's five-year integrated management course. Computer-based testing (CBT) will be used to administer the IPM Aptitude Test. Candidates who opt out of the course after three years will only receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree; those who successfully complete the course will receive an MBA. After passing the IPM Aptitude Test, candidates will be contacted to proceed with the written ability test (WAT) and personal interview (PI) steps of the admissions process.

The University of Canterbury maintains a notable alumni list, which includes renowned authors, artists, academics and politicians, etc. One of the noble laureates of the University of Canterbury was Ernest Rutherford, a physicist who discovered the atomic structure and is known as the Father of Nuclear Physics. The famous mathematician Roy Kerr who discovered the Kerr geometry is amongst the alumni of the University of Canterbury. Other noted alumni of the university include Henry Field (educational psychologist), Craig Nevill-Manning (the Engineering Director of Google), William Young (Supreme Court Judge in New Zealand), Kevin Tod Smith (actor) among the others. Canterbury's initiative named UC Legends celebrates its alumni with pride and maintains a link between the alumni and the existing students of the university.

Candidates are admitted to the various programmes at LISAA School of Design based on entrance exam, followed by personal interview. Candidates can apply for the courses via online application. Candidates can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit the inquiry form and register for LISAA’s Creative Aptitude Test (CAT).

Step 2: Admission team will send the entrance test and other details via email.

Step 3: The student has about 6 hours to complete the exam and submit the scanned answer sheet via email.

Step 4: Results are usually declared within 24 hours (please reach out to your Admission Team member if you do not hear within this timeframe).

Step 5: A personal interview through Skype, phone, or in-person and a portfolio assessment (if required) are conducted after the declaration of the result.

Step 6: Submit the fee within 10 days of receiving confirmation to reserve the seat.

The Fellowship Entrance Test, or FET for short, is a qualifying/ranking test for entrance to a number of fellowship programs administered by the NBE. The FET is an entrance exam for admission to a post-doctoral FNB programme or course, and it is administered by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The FET Test, which uses mostly zebrafish (Danio rerio) embryos (minnows and Japanese medaka have also been used), is an alternative to testing for toxicity on live fish. According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, it is classified as Test No. 236. The Fellowship Program for International Students (FPIS), Fellow of the National Board—Post-Doctoral (FNB-PD), and Fellow of the National Board (FNB) courses can only be entered through the FET entrance exam.

The tuition fee of PGDM course is INR 7.85 lakh. The fee is exclusive of hostel charges and inclusive of admission fees. Additionally, a refundable Caution Deposit must also be payable while applying hostel facility for semester 3 and 4. Candidates who are shortlisted for admission need to pay the course fee to confirm their seats. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. 

The University of Canterbury's campus which was initially based in central Christchurch initially was moved to the green suburb of Ilam in 1975. The Ilam campus is situated approximately 5 km from central Christchurch city and is surrounded by expansive green spaces. The Avon River flowing adjacent to the University Drive adds to the physical beauty of the campus. Spread across 190 acres, the university campus includes lecture theatres, laboratories, computer suites, studios and four libraries with 24x7 accessibility. There are 10 residence halls on the campus that accommodate a large number of students. In addition to the above, there are about 15 bars, eateries and cafes within the campus.
