Hi Rakesh,
If you are going to migrate from one state to another, then, as far as my knowledge goes, you can get college transfer provided you show all the required documents of state migration and other necessary documents. For more information I would suggest you to get in touch with the Universitys admission office in which you are planning to apply.

Atleast 70% and above would be recommended.
Apart from your percentage, you would be required to take the GRE and score atleast 1000+. Also, you would be required to take the TOEFL and score above 90 atleast.

Hi Rajesh,
If you want to join CS course after graduation then you don't have to undergo the Foundation Programme as the Students who would join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo only two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme & Professional Programme.
