Hi Dear,
If you are interested in Masters in Civil engineering field then you can try in University of Duisburg Essen in order to apply you should have :- Completion of a minimum three-year Bachelor's or equivalent degree program at a university or college in the field of civil engineering or a relevant discipline with an overall 3.0 or better, unless the Board has noted the equivalence of these financial statements. Kindly contact the university for further details.

Yes, BITS Pilani is a to be deemed university recognized by UGC. As stated on the university's website: An institution deemed to be a University estd. vide Sec.3 of the UGC Act,1956 under notification # F.12-23/63.U-2 of Jun 18,1964
So go ahead and apply. The institution's degree will be accepted by the institutions in USA.

1) A career in software engineering can be very rewarding as there is demand for software engineers across the industries. As India is emerging as a global superpower in IT, qualified candidate get excellent jobs in software engineering in famous software companies in India and abroad. IT sector fascinates plenty of youths due to its prospects, attractive wages and ample employment opportunities in the country and abroad.
2) Having work experience before pursuing a masters degree is always an add-on advantage. However, since it is not a requirement, not having work experience would not affect your chance of admission in anyway.
