You must complete your 12th with PCM with a minimum of 55%, though this percentage requirement can vary from institute to institute. In addition, you have to clear the medical test. You can check any pilot training institute and check the admission process, fill up the forms and apply. Some institutes may require aptitude tests.

Yes, you can take SAT, there is no eligibility as such. A SAT test taker is usually in his 11th and 12th. SAT is taken to pursue Bachelor's degree in USA.
