To give you an idea, distance MBA is helpful for the people who want to focus on work and grow financially and simultaneously complete their education.
But if you are a fresher then full-time MBA would be good for you because you won't have any work experience so you can attend the lectures daily.
So, depending on your past experience, you can take a decision.

The last year of B.Sc is more important than the first 2 years so you have to focus on the third year because, for M.Sc admission, it mostly depends on the last year.

There are very few universities in Italy with a top ranked civil engineering program. Career opportunities are very competitive and you need to check with the desired university about career assistance first.
