Yes, you can do, but I saw you have asked for MKU, but I would suggest you better choose Annamalai University or Anna University or Madras University, because Madurai Kamraj University (MKU) has some issues, so you can better choose from these three.

No, you cannot get admission now, as the dates are already gone long back. Right now, students who were admitted this year are already writing their first semester exams and will be done within next 10_15 days. From January 3rd even semester is starting, which will end around April May. You can try in May June 2019.

To apply for admission in JBIMS, SIMSREE, PUMBA and other MBA/MS colleges in Mumbai, Pune with a low fee, you need to participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) 2018 to be conducted by DTE Maharashtra in the month of May/June 2018.
Above mentioned colleges are the best MBA colleges in Maharashtra.

You can apply to colleges and under SDS or general category. Some colleges which are well known include George Brown, Durham, Red River, Seneca, etc. Check the websites of different colleges for entry requirements, deadlines, fee, etc., and prepare your application accordingly.
