Hi,
It is very difficult to answer this, every university has different criteria, some universities may accept a lower score depending on the student profile and the same university may not accept a lower score for a different student. So, instead you can email the universities and check. See if pathway programs are available.

Yes, you can join for CA or CS. You are a good scorer. You should have to join coaching for preparation of CA or CS and also joined college for B.Com or BBM.

Integrated programme in Management Aptitude Test IPMAT is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Indore. The national level test is a gateway for admission to the 5 year Integrated programme in Management offered at IIM Indore. IPMAT 2019 schedule has not been released yet.
