Yes, it might be possible but it is not insured. The chances of getting into your desired programme at NSHM Durgapur highly depend on the programme for which you’re applying, the number of applicants, the marks they have scored and the seats available.

We advise you to apply to various programs, especially those which are less competitive and your application should be error-free. Also, admission to various NSHM Durgapur programmes has different criteria and class 12th marks might not be sufficient.  Some have merit-based admissions and some have entranced-based admissions like:

• B.Tech: 12th class with Science stream is the eligibility and selection is through WBJEE/JEE Main
• For BSc selection it is through the MAKAUT Common Entrance Test (CET) and eligibility is 12th class
• BCA admission also requires class 12th with Maths/Statistics/Computer Science subjects as eligibility and selection is with MAKAUT CET.
• BBA accepting exams are- CBSE 12th, WBCHSE, MAKAUT CET

Thanks to their connections, 1900+ students got jobs in the 2023 placement. This year, the highest package begged by the MBA graduate was INR 11.25 LPA and the average was INR 5.73 LPA. 

As per the 2022 placement report, the highest CTC of the MBA graduate was INR 13.67 LPA and for BBA ones it was INR 10 LPA. The students of Hotel and Tourism Management received the highest and average CTC of INR 9.4 LPA and INR 5.4 LPA respectively.
