There is no single “standard” MDS fee structure that applies to all “semi-government” dental colleges in India. It depends heavily on the state, quota (government / management / private / NRI), branch (clinical vs non-clinical), and whether the college is fully government, semi-government, private, or “self-financing.” What I can do is show you typical ranges from recent data, and what you should check when you assess a semi-govt or government-aided dental college's MDS fees.
