Hi Khasim, Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and Seven Indian Institutes of Technology on behalf of the National Coordination Board-GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
M.Tech aspirants can apply for GATE exam as it is an all India test. The test is administered by top technology institutes.

Well the fee structure varies for all the institutes. Each one is bound to follow the norms set by the governing body like AICTE, UGC, etc. And the Universities mentioned above select candidates based on their performance in different aptitude rounds that are conducted under the guidelines of the selection procedure.
Once you meet the selection criteria, you'll be provided with the detailed fees structure in hand so as not to leave any doubt. I would suggest you to not to worry so much with the fee concern, rather put in your best to crack the seat in best colleges across and moreover, almost all educational hubs offer scholarships, education loans and even financial assistance to its students.

US and UK are the best study destination to pursue masters in civil engineering, there are many good universities in these two countries which offers masters degree in civil engineering.
To pursue Masters from universities in US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note GRE scores are not required by universities in UK.

Universities in UK and US have two admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
