US and UK are the best study destination to pursue masters in civil engineering, there are many good universities in these two countries which offers masters degree in civil engineering.
To pursue Masters from universities in US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note GRE scores are not required by universities in UK.
