CCIE is best career option for you. Networking is not limited to just Hardware and Networking. Never get confused about Hardware Networking as CCIE. CCIE is World's Most prestigious, Highest Paid and Most Demanded IT Certification offered by Cisco. People think Networking is only limited to CCNA or RHCE or MCSE etc.
Dont take advice from someone who has not done CCIE himself. A CCNA certified Engineer can never tell you how good CCIE is.
CCNA covers just basics of Networking. Whereas CCIE covers In-depth knowledge of Networking using Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.
I would suggest you to go for either CCIE R&S or CCIE Security. You can directly appear for CCIE exams. You don't need to give CCNA or CCNP exams for that. Yes knowledge of CCNA and CCNP is madatory to go for CCIE.
Very few Institutes in India offer CCIE training because it need expertise and lots and lots of investment in devices to offer CCIE. And people are not aware of CCIE.

Hi Pooja, MCA is a postgraduate course one can choose to pursue if they have an interest in computer application.
To be eligible, students must pass with 50% in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
OR
Pass with 50% marks in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects. There is no age limit regarding the admission to this course.
Students also need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course.
