Hello Mohit,
Based on this year's placement,the average package which FIIB is providing is Rs 3.5 lakhs. Now, coming to your second question, today almost every college/ institute is offering PGDM even the IIM-C which is on top is offering PGDM instead of MBA except some universities and yes it is a good institute to do PGDM, if you wish you may apply.

Yes, it is compulsory to clear maths exam in board exams if you had commerce with maths in 12th and physical education as an additional subject. You need to clear all the subjects whether it is main or additional. Colleges reject applications of students failing in any exam. So, study well and score well.

Some of the options that I know of include.
1. Diploma in any field of your choice. You can check for diplomas online and also at the IGNOU website.
2. Prepare for competitive exams like civil services, banking exams, SSC CGLE, etc.
3. You can get a B.Ed (2 years) and then get a job as a schoolteacher.
4. Get a master's degree and then prepare for NET if you want to be a college lecturer.
5. You can pursue 1 year degree courses like PGDCA PGDM, PGDRM.

Hi Prashant,
For an SC candidate, you have to score more than 70 percentile to get a sure shot call from IIT-Roorkee. But it is possible if your profile is good and percentile is above 65 you get a call but then you have to perform well in an interview to convert your call.
