Hi Jasleen Minhas,
You have to complete class 11th and 12th either in India or look for HS schools abroad, without completing your 12th, you cannot study further. It is the best, you complete your class 11th and 12th in India and then look for options abroad, otherwise, the process will be very difficult and rather also very expensive. Study hard and bring good scores. Depending on where you want to study you must also prepare for exams like SAT ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. Be sure what you want to do first, speak with your counsellors and family members and make a decision.

I have studied in both Regenesys Institute in Vashi Mumbai and Sandton Campus South Africa (where their main campus is situated) and found them great. MBA is internationally accredited as a NQF 9 level Masters. Regenesys has, for the last three years been rated in the top 4 B-schools in South Africa, and is accredited by the Council for Higher Education (CHE) and quality is assured by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

Your CAT score is low, but BITS Pilani's MBA follows a profile based selection and it is not just the CAT percentile what is looked upon for admission. So, I would suggest you to apply for it.

Guide-Level 14

Yes, of course. If you are a civil engineering graduate and you are willing, go with this. It's a good opportunity for you. Lot of opportunities are awaiting you. Major placement opportunities are from famous builders and contracting companies. Its a rare course and if you get placement from the college itself, it can make you successful. So, try for a good campus rather than ordinary one for the construction management.
