Learning only Project softwares will not get you a job in Projects. Today you have to know Project Management along with the IT skills. I think you should choose PG in Infrastructure Business where you will get exposed to projects and will also be taught those software required for execution and management of the projects. You may look for SAMVIT School of Infrastructure Business, Pune or NICMAR or UPES

MBA Innovation, Leadership, etc are not a good choice for careers. They are intangible aspects which a leader should possess, those cannot be taught through such courses. I think you should for general specialisation like Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.
